Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Associate Health to support pre-employment follow-up, immunizations, exposure management, and vaccination programs across multiple locations. Works with HR, Infection Prevention and Quality & Safety to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

The role requires a BSN, RN licensure in the state, and BLS. A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience is expected, with 2 years in occupational health preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• RN licensed in the state practicing; BLS certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical nursing; 2+ years in occupational health preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of associate health regulations and accreditation standards.
• Conduct surveillance of associate health records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Infection Prevention and Wellness for referrals and programs.
• Deliver immunizations, TB screening, respirator fit testing, and vaccination programs.
