Qualifications

• Must be familiar with HR legal and compliance knowledge (OSHA/ADA/EEOC/FMLA).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analyzing data or information.
• Proficient in respiratory protection program and testing.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Follow up on data/information as needed.
• Continuous quality improvement.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Pure OHS (EMR).
• Knowledge of patient care and learning practices.
• Familiar with OSHA, state health dept, CDC and Joint Commission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of associate health regulations and assists with compliance.
• Performs surveillance on associate health records and reports.
• Collaborates with Associate Health Medical Director and Infection Prevention.
• Participates in immunizations, TB screening, respirator fit testing and related programs.
• Collaborates with managers for leave of absence (FMLA, MLOA, PLOA, ADA).
• Ensures mandatory vaccination program compliance and administration.
• Provides pre-service volunteer TB screening and TB lab orders.
• Participates in entity committees and provides data for trends and improvements.
• Ensures EMR is updated to reflect patient care.
