Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Saratoga Springs ALF facility. The RN will direct nursing staff, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and support resident care planning and medications administration.

This role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and an associate degree in nursing. Day shift in a full-time capacity with a focus on holistic resident care, teamwork, and quality improvement initiatives within the Nursing Services

Qualifications

• Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily activities of nursing assistants and caregivers in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Assess residents' status and notify physician and family as needed; document accordingly.
• Prepare and administer medications as per physician orders and monitor for adverse effects.
