Compensation: Pay Range: $35.97 - $51.17/hour. Job Description: Collaborate with nursing leadership to oversee nursing activities during a shift or in the absence of the Nurse Manager. Provide professional nursing care, support patient care coordination, personnel management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and administrative duties.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Nursing and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience cannot substitute for education. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN in Alabama. BLS certification from AHA required or obtained within 30 days. ACLS certification required within six months. PALS or equivalent certification may be required depending on the patient population.
