Rainelle Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Rainelle, WV. The role focuses on directing nursing services, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

The candidate will assist the Director of Nursing, participate in training, policy development, and maintaining regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate care environment for residents and families.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of the center.
• Minimum a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program.

Aufgaben

• Make daily unit rounds to observe resident status and revise care plans.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff regarding resident condition.
• Ensure care is provided in a dignified, respectful manner and that residents' rights are upheld.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Department activities.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff and participate in on-call rotations.
