Trilogy Health Services seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and oversee the Nursing Service Department in Hanover, IN. You will help plan, organize, and ensure compliance with standards to deliver high-quality resident care under leadership from the Executive Director and Medical Director.

Key duties include coordinating the clinical team, assisting with staffing models, contributing to QAPI initiatives, and preparing for surveys and accreditation

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• 0-1 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current valid RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates with the DON to lead the clinical team.
• Supports nursing and ancillary services to ensure continuity of care.
• Executes administrative duties: forms, reports, audits, charting.
• Participates in QAPI program development and maintenance.
• Supports facility surveys and accreditation processes.
