Job summary
Diversicare invites experienced RNs to advance into a leadership role as Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) in Mississippi Shelby. You will guide the nursing team to deliver high-quality resident care and ensure regulatory compliance across shifts.
In this role, you will oversee staffing, mentor staff, drive quality improvement initiatives, and partner with leadership to shape the department's future. A current RN license and supervisory experience are required, with long-term care experience
Qualifications
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and commitment to quality care.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the nursing team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.
