Genesis is seeking a clinical operations leader in West Virginia to oversee nursing unit performance and regulatory compliance. You will act as a liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing, driving quality, process improvements, and adherence to policies.

You will help develop and manage the budget for the nursing department, mentor staff, and support nurse staffing through evaluations, interviews and orientation to promote top-of-license practice.

Qualificações

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time clinical experience; at least 2 years supervising in long-term care.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure quality of clinical operations in nursing units, compliant with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, allocate and control the budget for the nursing department.
• Mentor staff to achieve top of license practice and foster continuous improvement.
• Assist with nurse staffing, including performance evaluations, interviews and orientation.
