Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Home Health and/or Hospice/Palliative care.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight during assigned coverage.
• Supervise and schedule designated staff.
• Coordinate care delivery and serve as a point of escalation.
