UVM Health Network - Home, Health and Hospice is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager (RN) to support Clinical Managers and Directors in delivering safe, high‑quality hospice care at the McClure Miller Respite House. The ACM provides clinical oversight during assigned coverage, supervises staff, coordinates care delivery and handoffs, and serves as a contact for clinical and operational concerns.

The role partners with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seven‑day continuity of care and adherence

Qualifications

• RN degree required or higher with licensure in practice state.
• BLS certification required for clinical duties.
• Hospice/Palliative nursing certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Three years RN experience in Home Health or Hospice/Palliative care; leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight during assigned coverage, including weekends/holidays.
• Supervise and schedule designated staff; coordinate care delivery and handoffs.
• Escalate clinical and operational concerns as needed.
• Partner with interdisciplinary and administrative teams to ensure seven‑day continuity of care and compliance.
