UW Health Beaver Dam is seeking a Wound Care RN for 0.7 FTE, working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm at 707 S. University Ave in Beaver Dam, WI. You will collaborate with a team to meet patient needs and promote healing.

You will serve as a key resource for wound and skin care, supporting patients, families, and staff, and participate in care for chronic and hard-to-heal wounds across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Formación

• RN experience required: 6 months.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Licensure in state or compact licensure upon hire.

70% FTE Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Every Other Friday between 7:30am and 5pm. You will work at 707 S. University Avenue in Beaver Dam, WI.

We are seeking a Wound Care RN to:

• Work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients and families, to promote healing, and to improve quality of life.
• Serve as a key resource for patients, staff, and providers for wound and skin care.
• Assist a team of specialists treating many types of chronic and hard-to-heal wounds as needed. Conditions may include complex wounds, non-healing surgical wounds, pressure injuries and ulcers, traumatic wounds, wounds associated with leg swelling or related to slow blood flow to lower extremities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
