Cleveland Clinic is seeking an RN Ambulatory Team Lead in Family Medicine for the Coral Springs, FL area. This full-time, day-shift role coordinates nursing care in an ambulatory setting and leads a care team to ensure quality, safety, and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have BSN preferred, 2+ years RN experience, and either charge nurse or supervisory experience. Current RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross is required/preferred.

• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities to improve patient outcomes, patient experience, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care.

Requirements

Education:

• Inpatient or ambulatory experience (adults) preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
