Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a registered nurse to join our ambulatory/clinical team in Ohio. The role involves triage, assessments, and coordination of patient care in a busy setting.

This 40-hour, full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits. The successful candidate will have an RN license, minimum one year of relevant experience, and BLS certification. Relocation and multi-state licensure considerations apply per policy.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN licensure required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute/urgent/outpatient setting.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and determine clinical priority using history, records, and notes.
• Coordinate and review patient calls, schedule treatments per protocol.
• Perform nursing care, assist procedures, document care, and perform EKGs.
• Administer medications safely and document in patient records.
• Involve family in communication when appropriate; maintain chart documentation.
• Support QA and regulatory initiatives; ensure policy adherence.
• Adapt to changing department demands and assist colleagues.
