Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL is seeking an experienced RN for its Concierge Medicine program. You will deliver high-touch nursing care in an ambulatory setting and coordinate triage with the physician team.

The role combines clinical duties with administrative tasks, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education. A BSN/ADN/ Diploma and an active RN license plus BLS are required.

About This Role

As an RN in the Concierge Medicine program at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, you will provide personalized, high-touch healthcare services to patients while also managing administrative tasks such as triage services. What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage and establish care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures as needed.
• Notify the physician and/or Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) of abnormal findings.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures and specialized patient care equipment.
• Develop, evaluate, adapt and document health education and provide it to patients and families.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department.
• Facilitate smooth operation of the ambulatory areas.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvements and research activities to improve patient outcomes, patient experience and patient safety.

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)

Experience:

• One year of recent experience as an RN
• Will consider LPN, Medical Assistant and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience in substitution of RN experience for current Cleveland Clinic caregivers

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
