Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL seeks an RN for the Weekender Flex Program in the Progressive Care Unit, focusing on telemetry and advanced monitoring. You will deliver direct nursing care and develop care plans.

This full-time day-shift role involves 12-hour weekend shifts. The ideal candidate has acute care RN experience, a nursing diploma/ADN/BSN, active RN license and BLS certification, and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• One year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
