Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This is a full time position with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM, with rotating Saturdays.
You will provide nursing care, perform phone triage, handle test results and prior authorizations, educate patients, and chart in Epic. Travel to other locations may be required with flexible hours to meet needs.
Qualifications
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
- Education: Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
- Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching.
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
- Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.
