Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Group at Glenbrook Hospital in Illinois. This full-time role features rotating 7:00AM-7:00PM shifts, with some travel to other locations and 40 hours per week.

Requirements include IL RN licensure, ASN or higher, BLS/CPR, and about one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting. The position emphasizes patient education, triage, and care coordination within Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.
