Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify other departments of patient changes (room changes, LOA, new admits, discharge, etc.).
• Provide education to families and patients regarding care and procedures.
