Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time RN to deliver laser hair removal treatments in a safe, patient-centered environment. You will follow medical protocols, perform pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and patient safety.

You will educate clients on care, document treatments, and assist with clinic operations, including scheduling and room preparation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
