Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Commitment to patient care and client service.
• Strong communication and ability to educate clients clearly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Attention to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence.
• After training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments per medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care to ensure safe results.
• Document treatments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional areas.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and treatment room prep.
• Collaborate with leadership to support clinic goals.
