Formación

• Current RN license in good standing and patient-focused care.
• Clear communication and ability to educate clients on treatments.
• Commitment to HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical safety protocols.
• Attention to detail and safe handling of laser equipment.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence.
• Willingness to assist onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform laser hair removal treatments per Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment options.
• Document treatments and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and maintain clinic cleanliness.
• Support daily clinic operations and scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to meet clinic goals.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory checks.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality throughout client interactions.
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience to every client.
