Job summary

Milan Laser in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an experienced RN to join our clinic as a laser hair removal provider. You will deliver safe, effective treatments while educating clients on care, progress, and post-treatment expectations.

In a structured clinic environment, you will support daily operations, maintain medical records with precision, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a welcoming experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and patient-service orientation.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Detail-oriented with safety and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
