Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing is required.
• Strong patient-care orientation and the ability to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe client flow and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and suggest additional areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to meet clinic goals.
