Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and privacy (HIPAA).
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Interest in aesthetics and laser hair removal principles.
• Ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment expectations.
• Document treatments and maintain compliant records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness, equipment readiness.
• Support clinic operations, scheduling, and client flow.
• Collaborate with team to meet clinic goals and patient satisfaction.
• Encourage reviews and referrals through exceptional service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room turnover.
• Provide ongoing patient education and ensure safety protocols.
