Milan is seeking an RN for laser hair removal services in a busy Cleveland-area clinic. You will deliver safe, effective treatments, educate clients, and help manage pre/post-care plans while upholding medical standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• Ability to support onboarding and training of new providers

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care for safe results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss progress with clients and suggest additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records
• Assist with opening/closing duties and treatment room prep
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to support goals and client satisfaction
