Meadow View Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON) - Registered Nurse (RN) to help lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality care for residents. This role partners with the Director of Nursing to maintain compliance and a safe, compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Knowledge of nursing management and healthcare regulations for nursing homes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations and staff supervision.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care plan development and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Provide clinical guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitor resident health status and collaborate with providers to optimize care.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing activities and resident records.
• Support infection control and emergency preparedness within the nursing department.
