Highland Springs Post Acute seeks an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead daily nursing operations in Highland Springs, VA. The ADON will support our healthcare team and help ensure high-quality patient care.

The ADON will actively participate in discharge planning, care plan meetings, and QI initiatives while mentoring staff, promoting excellence in patient care, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Previous supervisor/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations.
• Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys.
• Monitor QA/QM data and provide improvement recommendations.
• Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Assist with discharge planning coordination.
• Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives.
