We provide a 55‑acre campus with 206 licensed acute beds and are one of the largest providers of acute inpatient services in southeastern Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do (Position Description)

The Registered Nurse is a key member of the treatment team and works under the supervision of the CNO, ADON, and Nurse Manager. Successful candidates must demonstrate leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment, flexibility for reassignment to various units/populations including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients, and must know and comply with all confidentiality laws and regulations, e.g., HIPAA.

RNs should also demonstrate respect and understanding of patients, as well as be able to effectively engage with all levels of stakeholders, including our CEO and CNO, various departments, patients and their families.

The work is performed in a hospital/inpatient behavioral health setting, therefore, there exists a potential for exposure to environmental hazards and contagious diseases, exposure to crisis/emergency situations, and exposure to all infectious diseases including HIV/TB/Hepatitis, blood and body fluids and needle sticks.
