Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates admissions meetings and assesses needs of potential patients.
• Reviews pre-admission screenings to determine program placement.
• Manages bed availability and determines program admissions.
• Coordinates patient assignments with physicians, case management and nursing leadership.
• Communicates daily admission activity to staff to ensure smooth transitions.
