Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a qualified, full-time Out-Patient Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions in the San Antonio area. The RN will handle admissions, educate patients, and support pronouncements, discharges and assessments with professionalism.

Qualified candidates must hold a Texas RN license with strong communication skills. Travel is required, and clean background checks, drug screens, and driving records are prerequisites. Hospice or Home Health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas (required).
• 1+ years experience as a RN (preferred).
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health (preferred).
• Experience in Admissions required.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• The ability to travel using reliable transportation.
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record.

• Admissions responsibilities for Out-Patient RN.
