Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with department standards and nursing models. You will collaborate with clinicians to provide comprehensive, compassionate care, advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and uphold the organization’s values to ensure outstanding outcomes.

The role requires 1 year of Med/Surg acute care experience, an RN license, and an Associate Degree, with BLS obtained

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) is required.
• Associate Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests and proactive needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up.
