Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking an RN Administrator to lead our agency operations, drive business development, financial oversight and quality assurance. This role partners with physicians and staff to ensure compliant, patient‑centered home health services.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or physician with health admin training.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory admin experience in home health.
• Bachelor's in Healthcare, Law or Business; Master’s preferred.
• Must meet regulatory guidance for Medicare certified agencies.
• Ability to obtain required administrative hours and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agency functions including business development and fiscal oversight.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and policies.
• Employ, contracts, recruits, and directs qualified personnel.
• Ensure staff education and ongoing evaluation.
• Maintain accurate business profile and community relations.
