• Telemetry qualification or ECG course completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise staff during assigned shift to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide coaching, direction, and resource management across units.
• Educate staff on policies, changes, and new technologies.
• Monitor staffing and resource use to maintain efficiency.
• Foster effective internal and external communication among stakeholders.
• Support service excellence and staff/physician satisfaction.
• Meet department competencies for the shift.
