Job summary

Parkdale Center at Bradford in Chesterton, IN seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our addiction treatment-focused team. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient progress, and administer treatments according to medical protocols.

The RN will educate patients and families, advocate for patient needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery outcomes. Strong clinical documentation and telemetry experience are valued.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in the practicing state.
Successful completion of an accredited nursing program (AA or BSN).
Experience in healthcare or addiction treatment settings.
Solid knowledge of patient care standards and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing addiction treatment and recovery, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety protocols.
Educate patients and families about addiction, recovery, and health maintenance.
Advocate for patient needs and coordinate with healthcare providers and team members.
Maintain accurate medical records and participate in care planning and quality initiatives.
