Job summary

Bradford Health Services in Mississippi’s Estate Addiction Treatment Center seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality inpatient care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The RN will educate patients and families, document care, and support recovery in a 108-acre secluded forest setting, with a focus on safety and compassionate, person-centered service.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
