Rust Medical Center is seeking an RN for our acute step-down unit in Rio Rancho, NM. The position is full-time with a 0.90 FTE and 12-hour night shifts. New graduates and experienced RNs are welcome, with a Nurse Residency program and substantial benefits.

We offer education/certification reimbursement, loan forgiveness, malpractice insurance, and access to EPIC charting, plus relocation bonuses for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing; degree from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.

Responsabilités

• Care for step-down unit patients requiring monitoring and 24-hour care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize EPIC electronic charting system for patient records and documentation.
