Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish seeks a Rehabilitation Staff Nurse to support patients and families in adapting to new routines while delivering therapeutic care. The role involves implementing self-care based strategies across inpatient, outpatient, acute, and subacute settings.

Requirements include current Colorado RN licensure (or active multistate license), BLS certification, and 1–3 years of medical-surgical experience. BSN is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate RN license.
• BSN from an accredited school preferred.
• 1-3 years medical-surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rehabilitation staff nurse assists clients in adapting to an alternative lifestyle and provides a therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• Designs and implements treatment strategies based on nursing theory related to self-care to promote health.
• Works in inpatient and outpatient, acute and subacute settings.

What qualifications you will need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Currentlicensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.BLScertificationthrough the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.BSN preferred.

Experience:Rehabilitation, Ortho, Neuro, or TCU experience preferred.1-3 years medical-surgical experience preferred.
