Job summary

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a leading regional medical center. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an ADN with BSN preferred, Florida RN license, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale. You will work in a fast-paced environment delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and maintaining precise EMR

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with policies and best practices.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely.
Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and revise care plans as needed.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure data quality.
Coordinate patient care with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
