• Graduate of nursing school.
• 2 Years clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Delegates/assigns and communicates expectations for care delivery processes to each member of the team.
• Documents per department guidelines of care and policies and procedures.
• Establishes a therapeutic relationship with patient and family and adapts nursing interventions to diverse needs.
• Provides age appropriate patient education and coordinates transfer/discharge planning with the health care team.
• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care and coordinates with the care team to meet patient needs.
