Sharp HealthCare in California is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families. The role requires current CA RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS, with a focus on patient safety, documentation, and teamwork.

Shifts are variable with 8/80 hours, on-call required, and no weekends per the posted information. The nurse will participate in discharge planning, educate patients, and uphold Sharp’s standards of care across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 2 Years clinical experience.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
• ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Delegate and communicate expectations for care delivery to team members.
• Document per department guidelines and policies to reflect care.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families and advocate for them.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education with the care team.
