Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with hospital policies and the Patient-Centered Care philosophy. You will lead the healthcare team and uphold Service Excellence standards while supporting professional practice.

Required is a Nevada RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department. BSN is preferred, with at least one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty program within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• One year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in Nevada; BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision while maintaining Service Excellence standards.
