Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in line with facility policies and the Patient Centered Care philosophy. You will offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.

This role supports supervision of staff, demonstrates Service Excellence at all times, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; completion of a Specialty course or equivalent.
• One year of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada; BLS, ACLS or PALS/NRP certifications as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy (Patient Centered Care).
