Job summary

Logan Health Cut Bank in Montana seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide primary patient care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while supporting patients, families, and staff within a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• RN program graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Montana RN license or multi-state compact with MT authorization required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of similar position experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to work in a team or independently.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and patient care principles.
• CPR/BLS certification required; TNCC/ENPC and ACLS within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in other nursing areas (e.g., Acute Care, ED, OR, Outpatient).
• Develop and coordinate individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Provide direct patient care following RN standards and policies.
• Document all patient care in the EHR per unit requirements.
• Transcribe and implement provider orders and treatments.
• Maintain infection control and safety policies.
