Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced RN to join an acute care team delivering patient-centered care. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.

Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes. Full-time position with rotating shifts; sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• ADN or BSN required.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Acute care nursing experience preferred; new specialty candidates welcomed.
• Willingness to cross-train and float within Medical-Surgical units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
