Qualifications

• Acute care RN experience within last 3–5 years unless extensive RN experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Florida RN license required; multi-state license acceptable with 60 days to Florida endorsement.

• Advocate for positive patient outcomes and ensure alignment with departmental standards.
• Maintain documentation and comply with state nursing practice regulations.
