LanceSoft is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Medical Surgical unit in a modern acute care setting. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NM RN license required.
• ADN required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC required within 6 months of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• 1+ year Med Surg experience or RN experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe and effective patient care in a Medical Surgical environment.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and comfort.

Formation

New Mexico RN License

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

ACLS

PALS

TNCC
