The incumbent will train staff, coordinate site visits, and ensure continuous compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards, while supporting change as standards evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health field is required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical acute care hospital experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a TJC-accredited facility.
• Active RN license required.
• Knowledge of accrediting and regulatory agency procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement accreditation and regulatory activities for compliance.
• Coordinate site visits, reports, and action plans in a timely manner.
• Develop educational activities related to accreditation standards.
• Disseminate interpretations of standards to staff across departments.
• Train management staff on roles in accreditation and survey activities.
