Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse required.
• BCLS Certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS Certification must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• Associate/Bachelor/RN Diploma are acceptable nursing educations.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document administration of care in patient medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.
