Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a registered nurse for its Critical Care Unit in Dothan, AL. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across age groups, from infant to geriatric. Night shifts run 7:00 pm to 7:00 am for a 0.9 FTE position.

The ideal candidate will hold an Alabama RN license and complete ACLS/BLS and CC courses as required, with strong computer skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Alabama is required.
• ACLS/BLS completion or within 3 months of hire.
• Institutional CC Course if no prior CC experience.
• Stroke requirements completed or in progress.
• Computer skills in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in CCU.
• Provide care for infant to geriatric patients.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with care team to support mission and values.
