Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse for our ER unit. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with a 32-bed ER team, with a 3p-3:30a or 11a-11:30p shift option and weekend/night rotations.

Minimum start pay is $34 per hour, with increases based on experience and unit needs. Sign-on bonus may be available; opportunities for professional development are encouraged as part of a faith-based, mission-focused

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with state nursing license in the state of practice (Indiana).
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP required if the unit requires.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• We have a .6 Nights Weekend Option shift available with alternating weekends / holidays. Typical shift hours 3p-3:30a / 11a-11:30p
• A 32-bed ER unit with rotation to NEW freestanding ER upon completion
• Typical patient ratios of 1:4

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics Required if required by unit
